Filet Mignon (or Beef Tenderloin) - this cut is known for its deliciously mild flavor and mouth-melting texture. It has minimal fat and is the most tender of all cuts. Cook on high heat until it is rare to medium-rare and serve with a nice sauce or bacon to really enhance the flavor.
