This cut has intense beef flavors that are perfect for fajitas, taco, salads, and more. Great to marinate then grill or broil over very high heat for just 2 or 3 minutes a side and then slice thinly. It can also be slow-cooked and braised. All of our beef is pasture-raised and corn finished without added hormones or antibiotics.
