Premium Chuck Eye Steak
A cut from the upper shoulder near the fifth rib, making the quantity of these steaks less available than other cuts. Because of its close proximity to the Ribeye it can be substituted, in most cases, at a cheaper price. This steak cooks great over high heats just like other prime cuts. All of our beef is pasture-raised and corn finished without added hormones or antibiotics.
